Evry stated that they had attempted to deliver, this is untrue and I now see on tracking that they say they have delivered, this is again untrue. Thankfully the seller concerned looked into this and has given a full refund. I live in a rural village which this courier company doesn't seem to want to deliver to. This is not the first time that non deliveries have occurred. We do not have any problems with any others.
