  The Dimensions cross stitch set arrived quickly, as described, and in good condition overall, but the shipping packaging was minimal and since there weren’t instructions otherwise, it was bent to be placed in the mailbox. Not a huge deal but was disappointing for something so expensive, so please send these kinds of items sandwiched in cardboard or something in the future.

  Shipping was a bit $$$ but shipping is [other than Amazon] 20% of the price of the product. But, the seller was reasonable to work with. This was a gift, so I do not have information about actual item .. just what was shown. I do a number of puzzles, and this one was unique but costly. I would not have bought it if it was not a gift.
