    arrived on time in excellent condition - loaded my contacts and all worked fine for several days - then phone deleted all my contacts (970) at a most inconvenient time. seller agreed to replace without fuss -sent a return paid label and 'new' one arrived a few days later - again in excellent condition - we'll see how this one goes, but ok at the moment seller most helpful with the problem and no arguments about a replacement A1 seller - 5 star - will use again

    Initially, I accidentally ordered the charger to be sent to the wrong address. Contacted the vendor, asked them to cancel the order and I ordered another charger to be sent to the correct address. They cancelled the errant order and raised a refund. I will purchase from them again.
