  I purchased it based on description: no photo . I received tracking info quickly and knew when to expect it. There were no tracking updates. The day before it arrived I tracked it there had been no movement. I contacted the seller and he took action immediately the package arrived which was fine and then I realized it was a non-usable item. The wheels were on a side panel instead of the bottom. There was no way groceries would be able to stay in the bag. I am returning it

  Seller “lightening” has apologized for shipping me the incorrect product and has handled the situation in a very professional way and because of that I am revising my former review to a positive rating. Company seems to be very responsive to customer’s complaints or concerns and would have no problem purchasing again from this vendor.
