They do not even look the same as evident in the images provided for both! The listing is clearly labeled with NOT ONLY the exact model for which it fits (Latitude Rugged 5420), but ALSO the label "skin, decal, sticker" and the fact it is made of 3mm vinyl. NOWHERE does it state hard case. We shipped exactly what you ordered per eBay policy, YOU ordered the wrong model.
