  The Lenox Kitty Sweethearts figurine is exactly as the seller described, new & in the box. Awesome! I made an offer on the figurine, the seller accepted, and the figurine was shipped the next day!   This seller is excellent. He was very conscientious as after accepting a offer and completing the purchase/.... He cancelled the order as he realized the pictures showed it was a wide boot, however the description didn't..... He sent email to notify me of the lack of info in the post , so I could repurchase if appropriate...... I'm very thankful there are great business with conscientious service in place

  I debated for some time between giving pos fb or neutral because I believe not enough care was given in packaging properly. The item arrived damaged, metal frame was bent, pieces broken off. But seller did apologize, gave refund quickly & said they package similar items better in future. It's just too bad this one is ruined now for my project & I'll have to start all over getting replacement. Wasted time!
