  Ordered this for a 36th birthday present. Arrived scratched beyond readability and claimed it was tested when I bought it. Now it's been 4 days since I mailed it back and I still can't replace it because he has my $60. False advertising liar, you couldn't pop it in the gamecube for 2 seconds before wasting all our time and money?! Negligible seller to say the least.

  Thanks so much for your emotionally driven feedback lol. The game was tested prior to shipping and was just tested again after the return. Fully functional! So it's clearly your system that didn't read the game. If you would've sent us a message, we would've gladly taken care of you. Also worth noting, you mailed it back on a Thursday afternoon and were mad it didn't arrive by Sunday when you wrote your review (less than 72 hours) lol. We weren't holding funds, we were waiting for the package.

  The games were in decent condition. The way you was really used and the handheld council battery never kept a charge.. It’s not working anymore at all.
