  Item packed VERY well in the correct design of box for the size and high end quality of the panel, ensuring the panel's protection on the long flight. Seller has excellent communication, good prices and I'm very happy with the purchase, which saved my expensive monitor from the garbage dump. The new panel arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly so far.

  I received the item I ordered, installed and unfortunately the screen was cracked. I contacted seller, they responded quickly and I supplied the requested pictures and videos. They got back to me and said they are sending me a new one. I just got it and installed, no dead pixels or any damage at all. I'm very happy and relieved. A+ recommend them for sure!!!

  I ordered a replacement screen for ultrafine ul950 model. The product arrived with backlight dim in an area of panel, I immediately let the seller know and seller was immediate on top of helping me resolve the issue. We tried multiple troubleshooting steps and was helpful along the way but ultimately were unable to fix the unit. He immediately gave full refund after we knew it was a faulty unit. Seller is fast in responding and quick to suggest path to resolution.

  LCD looked and worked great. UPS charged me more than the cost of the item to house it for a week since it was an import though. I wouldn't have purchased if I had known that. Good seller and promptly shipped the item out though. Thanks.
