    In theses days of sellers and companies who don't seem to care, its nice to deal with someone who is honest and straightforward. The laptop was sent out the same day and arrived the next day. The description was spot on and it was packaged well. It is also good value, so no chance of a complaint, just the opposite!

    Nice package and fast shipment; not 100% accurate on description about type of BIOS lock -it was described, but it didn't specify the selected boot options did not include SSD or HDD which makes local booting unuseable- but overall happy with the transaction.

    The laptop arrived before the due date, was excellently packaged and in good condition. All works as described. The power supply however, although working, was making an odd noise, which was a bit disconcerting. When I reported this to the seller, they instantly responded by sending a brand new power supply which, likewise, was very well-packed and works perfectly.
