  Purchase this item for a business, it stated that it comes with a POS install on it. When the item arrived the customer display pole was short shipped and it's not the one showing on the picture, the base for the pole is missing 😔. I couldn't get the POS to work had to download one 😠. The monitor very big and bulky. Overall it's ok for what I needed it to do right now.

  The listing never stated that there was a POS installed on machine. Clearly says "No POS Software with this offer." You failed to read correctly.Pole Display with no base, per original manufacturer of this item. However, I supplied it with material fixture to neatly and tightly secure it to side of Cash Drawer or table top. Further you were offered a $9 base extension for your convenience, as a separate listing in my store. Still available. HP monitor - Happy the item is of good use to you.

  I ordered the bundle receipt printer and cash drawer, the items were shipped separately, that cause a delay in me setting up cash register. So I had to use a shoe box put my cash in, overall the package was well secured. For some strange reason the cash drawer when it sits on the counter it's unleveled.

  Due to current disruptions in supply chain, one item had to back ship regrettably and may have suffered a bit from shipping. Was not advised, but happy the POS system is all working for you.
