They stated they already shipped the item, it’s been close to 10 days and they haven’t send anything. I wrote today and the only response I received was, okay I’ll send another one. I needed this urgently. Another negative due to USPS not so good service. 3rd package lost this year. Theft is definitely up. I tried to fix the issue and send a replacement, and it wasn't enough for this guy. He demanded I act immediately, or he would blemish my feedback with a negative. I offered him a refund because he was so irate and received his wrath. Not much more I could've done.

The box and disc were in perfect condition, and the program, mixing Bryan’s strong bass/baritone voice with Cecilia’s fluid mezzo, was enchanting.
