  arrived quickly and was as described, packaging was ok, item was fine, zero damage but due to how it was packed with the Sellers promotional thanks/advertisements inside the box the item was posted, the box did rattle, I did worry that it was damaged in transit but thankfully nothing was, so the only thing I'd say the seller should do in future is post items in a snug box or stick the promotional things down inside the posting box, overall though great buy.

  The item came in a secure package and rather big box for a small item. The item is as described seen in the pictures, smaller than expected, should have asked for the size of the Rilakkuma pot. Bit expensive and small but no where else you can find this item. Quite hard to find in the uk. Thank you the item was in great condition not dents or marks. Seller is lovely and great communication. Would buy from here again if any more of these items are available. Trustworthy seller!

  Shipping was prompt once it arrived at Royal Mail. Arrived on time too. The packaging was easy to slice open with scissors. The book was exactly as pictured and in good condition as described. Good value for money.
