  Was delivered in a well packaged box and it’s exactly what it was pictured. Thank you. It did fit my pro 13 iPhone perfectly. It had a miss stitched in the pouch with the Velcro so I communicated and asked for a refund but instead I got five dollars off and I was refunded five bucks so I actually bought it for four dollars. Great communicator will buy again from this individual he did give it 50% more than 50% off

  I had only received one screen protector, instead of the two. I contacted the seller who responded immediately and we reached a fair compromise. Refunded half of my purchase price as I only received half of what I ordered. Maybe there was a mix up in packaging, however the seller was professional, courteous and responsive. I would recommend this seller.

  I ordered the wrong phone case. I realizid it after i hit the purchase button. I quickly contacted seller by mail and told them what i did and what i wanted. I figured i would get the wrong one in the mail, but nope, they fixed my order before it got shipped. Thank you so much. Great i phone case.

  Wasn't the right size due to what I would consider a mistake in the listing, probably due to eBay's listing tools. I used to list on eBay at my job and I ran into that occasionally. When I caught it and told the seller, they cancelled the order and immediately gave me a refund. So I would give this a positive feedback due to the sellers's honesty and conscientiousness.

  I and few and far between have I contacted sellers and they got upset. So I kept saying that how, cpulr I be authentic with this mistakes I made. No coa would be of proof. There I just explained it outright here. It was sent to the wrong address. So I messaged RTS. And received the return and refund.

  Originally received a case that was too small for my phone. Contacted seller that went above & beyond to assure that I got the right size case for my phone. Received new case yesterday and it fit like a glove. Great E-bay seller. THANKS AGAIN!
