  The seller was courteous and responded quickly. Although the item arrived later than expected - likely due to being routed after receiving from China rather than originating within the US - the delay was understandable. Unfortunately, the box was crushed during transit, though the contents appeared intact. One loop failed to tune, possibly due to a defective capacitor. The seller offered a full refund.

  Bought 3, sent and traveled half the earth away and arrived VERY well!!! One issue, the package had been compressed in transit and the boxes were crushed. Shipping them inside a small box would be much better than the "priority style US Mail" bags. Even in the bags they all appear flawless. Thank you for the extremely fast shipping.

  Seller asked for change. They only promised to review the shipping practices that resulted in my damaged article. They did let me have it for free, but it is still damaged. A most excellent would have sent a replacement. Does this indicate the probability that they will not alter shipping practices? You decide. Cordially, NonSo
