  We were grateful for the care in packing this bear. The bear was described and in excellent condition. We felt the money we spend was well spent. The seller was easy to work with as were concerned about ordering a globe through the mail. The seller assured us that by careful packing it would arrive safely. It arrived in excellent condition. Shipping and handling were at a good price.

  Shipping was reasonable, item just as described. The Polly Pocket locket was very well packaged with recycled materials, and I really appreciate when a well made shipping envelope and box are able to live a second or third life from their original intended purpose. I feel I received the item at a good value. I’m pleased with my purchase and would shop here again.

  Unfortunately, when I received this item, the hand was broken off the mouse. I immediately let the seller know and he and I worked together, he helped me with information about reporting it to the post office and he also gave me a partial refund, which was nice. I still haven’t received anything from the post office yet so hopefully that will happen soon. It was a cute item and looked exactly as described, unfortunately was broken during the shipment.
