  Shipping info came in within a few hours of purchase and the packing for the NAB6 was done nicely. It came as described with the NAB6, it's PSU along with 32GB of RAM & 1TB of storage with Win 11. Communication wasn't even apart of it since the seller was out of the office at the time but the convo after the sale was superb and very friendly. Felt like if I did have an issue at the time, this seller would actually assist me [but no issues so :)]. Would recommend KB3 to anyone!

  The seller quickly shipped out the item, made sure it was sent safely, and in the same condition as it was in the photos, very happy with that process! Unfortunately, I was unable to get the game to run, I don’t blame the seller, just a mishap with a faulty disc, but after explaining, the seller did issue a refund without hesitation. Extremely well service, regardless I am happy with this experience!

  I bought an open box Rc truck from this seller and everything is great! All the parts, accessories and paperwork were included like the ad stated. Shipping was fast too which was awesome because the truck was a gift for a family member. The price couldn’t be beat either! I’m a VERY happy customer and my family member was VERY happy with the truck! I’ll definitely consider this seller again in the future for other purchases

  Very quick shipping, product arrived in great condition. Seller has very timely and kind communication. Product was new in the box and arrived with all the necessary parts to help it function properly. They absolutely do test the products because this shows some signs of testing but I spoke with the seller about it and there are no concerns. Great value for the product. Friendly seller, would seek out products from them in the future. Highly recommend!!
