  5 Items are as Listed, but all 5 Boxes were damaged in post, Upon purchase I Immeadiately emailed seller stating bought for a present and requested packaging these 5 items Securely inside a STRONG BOX to prevent any damages in post. Despite my request all 5 Items were actually posted in plastic bags and bound together as one unit. All plastic bags were ripped open in transit and each individual items boxes were all damaged when items were received.

  After placing the order seller informed that required PETG in black was out of stock. Offered alternate colour which I declined. Seller immediately refunded. So although item was not received but seller professionally handled the situation. Will deal with the seller again in the future.

  Everything was awesome, package came sealed after seven days.however it was old or exposed to moisture. I contacted seller and he/she immediately attempted to understand and correct the issue. Alas, I am impatient and figured out if I heat it with a blow dryer it was mostly usable. Seller offered me 5 bucks back, I didn't bother, I just kept a eye while preheating product and got many prints and practice. The stuff cracked into chunks here and there, but I was printing! I thank the seller.

  Item was as described, well packaged, in good condition and arrived on time. Is a bit more rigid than I was expecting, but overall looks to be excellent quality. I printed a benchy without any calibration and it came out beautiful. This represented excellent value for money, as always from JAYO.
