It turns out there was a manufacturer's defect that couldn't be noted before the item was removed from the packaging. They asked for some photos of where the missing parts should have been installed but weren't. Once the confirmed that it was a manufacturer's problem, they sent me a return FedEx code and I was able to return the item with no problems, no hassles. Very professional.

Took approx. a week or less to receive it double boxed, all attachments included. I had to wait for a friend to unbox TV, assemble legs & then we waited for me to buy a Roku stick for it. Unfortunately, during that wait period somehow TV was knocked over, screen broken & wouldn’t work when we applied Roku stick. I don’t know who/why wrecked TV & I sadly never got to use it. Otherwise I was pleased with Seller’s TV.

FedEx tracking is terrible, took longer than expected, then they set the package out in heavy rain with a covered porch only 40 ft from where they left it. No other issues with the tv
