  No way to know if this is actually a genuine HP cable, since it doesn't have the HP tag in the photo or like the original cable that came with my docking station. Instead, it had a small sticker in Chinese characters that roughly translates to "honest second-hand wire needs." If I was going to receive a cable with murky origins, I would have just bought it cheaper on Amazon and not had to wait for international shipping.
