  came in perfect condition as it was wrapped in lots of bubble wrap! the seller also went out of their way to let me know about the shipping conditions and to reach out if i had any issues -- and i didnt! it was shipped untracked and arrived within the estimated window. its exactly as pictured and im glad to have it, as it was backup in case i break the one i already owned, and it was the cheapest listing I could find even with the shipping~ Thank you and I'll definitely keep this shop in mind!♡

  Seller was an absolute delight to deal with and I’m so happy I found these as they have been discontinued as was worried Id never get a replacement of what had become my favourite pen after I lost it recently!   The seller shipped my order promptly and I received the shipment sooner than the estimated delivery time frame to my location in a different country. The items I received are exactly as described online / as I expected and they arrived in excellent condition since the seller carefully wrapped the items in bubble wrap.   The items arrived very safely via Japan Post even though it was untracked, and are exactly as described in the listing! They also arrived in the earlier end of the expected delivery period.   the seller literally did everything they could to ship this planner out to me (US tariffs) in perfect condition!!! they messaged me about my item and made sure to explain whatever process my planner had to go through (because they were located in JP while I was in the US). They even ensured me that if my planner didn't make it on time or was damaged, they would give me a full refund! it was worth the price as I've been eyeing this planner for a while but muji was sold out! thank you again😆😆😆
