  As described, sent quickly, good packaging. Unfortunately fuses were too long (by 1 mm!) to fit my multimeter (Astro AI) - due to very tiny raised 'bumps' at the ends of the fuse holders, of which I wasn't aware. NB Not the seller's fault! Fuses were returned to seller, with request for a refund. Nothing more was heard from the seller, and I had to ask Ebay to step in to secure my refund, which they did. Good product, but poor customer service and communication -won't use this seller again!

  I have left positive feedback, see why in next sentence, as the labels were lost in the post. JPS Calibration told me at that time they could not just re-send them as they were out of stock, so refunded me in full. Subsequently they re-listed the item, so I re-ordered and received my new order promptly.

  The items were sent on time and exactly as described. I was kept informed the whole time
