We started Josstec because, for one, we're confessed Apple® nuts but two, because we realized there was a gap in the market when it comes to purchasing used Apple® products. Sure, there are plenty of places to buy used or reconditioned computers, but what we do is ONLY sell off-lease machines. This means that every Apple® product we sell has had only one owner giving you both fantastically priced merchandise as well as the peace of mind that comes with knowing the full history of whatever it is you've purchased.
We also offer fast, friendly customer support both during and after your purchase. Read our testimonials; the feedback speaks for itself! Our customizations vary from RAM upgrades to changing or adding hard drives, to software packages. We welcome feedback and try to accommodate any requests. Our listings provide detailed photographs of everything included.

    Good packaging and was a smooth transaction l, was shipped exactly when said it would be, got everything that it said it had in the description and everything matched how they were in the pictures, had it nicely cleaned and packed, good price for the Mac book too.👍🏽

    Arrived as described in great shape very happy with the purchase and price. However the machine came in the wrong box not a concern for me but for some it may be, the box showed the wrong configuration which really scared me at first but once I fired the machine up it was the configuration I ordered. The other thing was I thought I was getting a gold machine but it was rose gold, in the pics it looked gold no big deal. Seller had great communication and I would buy from again. Great seller.

    Item arrived on time and packaged very carefully. There is no visible blemishes on the computer and it appears to be working as expected. Very positive experience with this seller. Will happily order from them again.
