  The item's in the description were accurately detailed and shipped carefully packaged in a very well fitting bubble wrapped box. My purchase was securely protected.   Quick postage, packaged securely and arrived safely. Listed as complete, but no instruction manual. Not a big deal. Head is very loose, possibly could have been a bit more forthcoming in the description, not just saying "good". I suppose I didn't ask questions, and communication really is a two way street. All and all I still dig T30 Sandstorm. Best mould.

It was packaged well & made it through international shipping & customs without being damaged. I can't hold the timeframe against the seller, as it was delayed by the Canada Post strike, nothing to do with them.
