  This is an excellent seller very good quality. The condition was gem mint for a good value. And the appearance is very nice. I messaged the seller because I wanted to get this item graded if they could package it really well and they were very obliged to do so and very courteous, even though I felt bad for messaging him, but it was packaged very well and shipped fast Would recommend the seller

  The items I bought were described correctly I bought 3 of the same figures and asked if they would give a better price but declined saying that they were exclusives but they weren't honesty they were peg warmers in stores for a few years but they weren't expensive at all just trying to save a little money but they did combine shipping almost $13 dollars is a lot of money to ship one 3.75 inch figure especially from Ohio

  EXTREMELY SLOW SHIPPING. I paid on May 22. A tracking number was provided early the next morning. But tracking shows that USPS did not receive the package until 15 days later, on June 7. Why the long delay? On the plus side, the glassware was exactly as described and packed very carefully.

  very sorry for the delay. our postman was in an accident and apparently there were packages that were in the USPS truck that didn't make it into the post office. he is ok but the truck is not it was towed and that is why the delay - Thanks for your purchase!

  VERY POOR. I ordered a 22" round reflector set, and they send me a 47"x70"oval reflector set. The box was huge, and it also had a different product number on it. I will NEVER USE this seller again. They took too long to reply to my messages, and I am still waiting to get my money back. I will by my reflectors from Westcott. I should have gone there first... better quality and service.

  The 22" is closed size. The reflector is large when opened, which is stated in the details of the listing. The item was shipped on the 10th of Oct - received on 11th and they messaged within 30 min of receiving them item instantly angry and demanding full refund. The didn't get a response from us for 1 hour and they claimed to ebay that we took too long to respond and opened an item not received case. We would have had no issue taking a return but this seller is not willing to return the item.
