  Awesome seller and fantastic bipod. Great communication and extremely fast shipping. Had it in 2 days and I ordered on a Sunday. Item arrived exactly as described which was new in box. The quality of the bipod is top notch. Absolutely no play in adjustments which are easy to make. The over the bore design uses gravity to keep the firearm level. I took it out today and used it out to 300yds. Very stable platform and my new favorite. I will definitely be buying another. Totally worth the cost.

  The item that I received was somehow mislabeled with an incorrect barcode and therefore the wrong item was delivered The seller was extremely kind and understanding. I received a timely reply, apologies for the error. My refund was provided instantly without and issue what so ever.   Item arrived both late and damaged. It was not well packed which had added to the damage in my opinion. The seller was very responsive and issued at 50%plus refund on the damaged journal. I was able to get it to look somewhat as it had been described after I had painted the leather scratch damage. It arrived significantly undervalue which is why the seller issued the partial refund.

  It turned out that I noticed a big difference in the colors from the listing. Seller realized that I was shipped from an older shipment although they are all new. Seller gave me a 15% partial refund. Seller is updating the listing with the actual measurements, not the one the manufacturer put on the box.
