  Seller is just about as good as anyone can be. Exactly as described, price is very good and the response time getting the package on it's way was very good. Overall shipping time was pretty good. There was a glitch, but nothing that the seller was involved with. Very happy with the overall experience. Would recommend this seller.

  I had ordered this book and the carrier delivered it to the wrong address, and wasn’t willing to work with me to get it back. I reached out to the seller to confirm my address so that I could buy another one. The seller responded that another one would be sent the following day. LITERALLY less than 12 hours later, I received another book. Free of charge, out of his generosity. OUTSTANDING customer service. I will buy from this seller again!:)

  The mats got lost in delivery--but the seller was so on it, they contacted me to tell me what happened, and refunded my order before I even thought anything was wrong! So kudos to them for keeping a close eye on their orders and following through! Hopefully I will get to buy something from this seller again--they are on the ball, and I appreciate that.
