  Communication could have been better & delivery took 3+ weeks. The ring & loose stones I received... FREAKING GORGEOUS!! Photos do no justice in conveying the beautiful sparkle. It arrived in a small clear plastic box with the loose stones nicely wrapped, which was protected inside a small white padded envelope. EXCELLENT VALUE!! Only complaint was the hidden shipping fee. Don't say FREE SHIPPING & then add a $40 s/h fee on the invoice hoping the Buyer doesn't notice. That's just shady business.

  Shipping is extraordinarily fast from India to the US! Packaging is good. The items are not as described....they are WAY MORE BEAUTIFUL in person!!! Great value for the money!! They don't charge us any extra for shipping, even though they have to pay extra for shipping. These Indian men are extremely talented, and they are very nice and professional.   Received my stone today and took it straight to the jeweler to confirm that it was actually a moissanite stone and as described. They confirmed that it was a moissanite and that the description was accurate. I would definitely recommend these sellers. I received the item in a plastic package, and there was no damage to the stone. Shipping was relatively quick considering it’s coming from India. Overall, I think it was a good value

The seller has excellent communication skills and the product is well packaged. Considering the distance the shipping is fast. The value is there considering what one would pay at a mall.
