I found that there were some dirt with looks like marks of usage. And a corner of one of the battery has a slight crack. The seller explained that it was brand, but had been on display in their store, which I had not been told before. As I have to use it, I decide to keep it. The drill was not damaged when it left our depot, I cannot control how couriers handle our goods. The drill was brand new and unused.
