    First laptop received was too small, but they replaced it without question just a few days later paying for the postage both ways. After a week ran into an issue with the replacement laptop, which had to be sent back again at no cost to me, but had to wait a further week for it to be fixed and returned to me. A week on it seems as good as knew and for the price paid a lot cheaper than most retail outlets and good communication and assistance received via their chat line.

    excellent coondition for a refurb. Very securerly packed, bit of a delay in receiving it, but it was possibly the courier, coms were very good and very profesional, well worth the money, looks good, no scuffing etc, would certainly use IT Monsters in the future., bonus...it has a dvd/cd writer.

    Great seller, recieved item in excellent condition, the parcel was packed with bubble wrap and rubber padding and fragile was marked on top ,once desk top was switched on checked for updates and online connection and everything was ok. itmonster already added useful programmes that I would have had to do but were already done, so seller has a great personality for extra care for customers. 5*****+AAA++++ business class seller . Anybody that buys can be gauranteed an excellent service, thank you.
