A Fitbit strap broke after a few weeks. I asked for a replacement, which broke after a few days. I asked for a refund and they offered me 50%. Two broken straps and they didn’t have the decency to offer a full refund. They also had the cheek to ask that I didn’t post a neutral or negative review! I eventually got a full refund. Very poor quality and appalling customer service. Avoid this company.
