  Quick shipping and the item just as described. The phone came just in a bubble mailer, no box or cardboard, just bubble wrap and the bubble mailer. It could be better on that aspect.

  There were several issues with this phone. First, it was not the color I ordered second, it was supposed to be shipped in a generic box. It was wrapped in bubble. But the biggest problem is eBay‘s loose and subjective criteria for whether the product is good very good excellent etc. The only thing I could find out for sure is that it was supposed to be shipped in a generic box. And the seller rates it, not eBay. The claim is that it is eBay refurbished, but eBay never touched this phone
