    The earbuds were amazing and arrived on time, I contacted the seller as needed these as soon as possible and they made every effort to make this possible. I placed the order on 8 Oct and received it on 10 Oct which is impressive. Highly recommend this seller!

    The ear pods are advertised in a box with Apple ear pods on the box but they arrived unboxed, I have contacted the seller but they have failed to respond, it should say in description they are unboxed

The seller acknowledged the discrepancy and offered a refund, but incorrectly stated that the buyer must pay return shipping. This was a negative experience, as the product differed from the listing and the resolution process was misleading. I had to look for return policy from eBay by myself and talked to the seller. Overall, this is similar to a scam.

    Good item. Price reasonable. Dispatch O K. Delivery not so good. 4 days for 1st class mail, and tracking was still saying they would notify me when it would be delivered after I had received it.

    Instead of receiving an original Apple product, I received defective headphones with no manufacturer markings. The seller didn't provide a return postage label. I'm informed that I would received it by 8 September. The deadline is today, and I still don't have the label. The seller offered me to keep the product and refund me half the purchase price. It seems that he is knowingly selling a defective product and, in addition describing it as a genuine Apple product.
