    The item is used , but in perfect condition as described and came very very well protected in a hard carton box , wrapped in paper, wrapped in plastic bubbles inside an antistatic bag (a bonus of course and are impressed that detail forgotten for many) .Was exactly as described for the seller and when you see that you feel very satisfied with your bussines .I recomended 100%

    Excellent customer service and communication, we received a laptop with a battery issue contacted seller they sent an RMA the same day. After we returned the surface laptop they shipped a replacement with priority shipping. It was in terrific condition and works perfectly. It looks like new, with no issues at all. Thank you!
