  I received no notification or contact about this issue ever. Was never even given a chance to make it right. Definitely not a scam, the Nintendog games all look the same with slight color differences. It was a simple shipping mistake, again if you would have reached out and just mentioned there was a problem with your order we could’ve fixed the problem.

  This glass is a defective glass by the manufacturer. The picture & paint are missaligned, the paint is rough to the feel compared to the normal store glasses which I have and the cartoon pictures ink is thin instead of thicked lines. This was not mentioned in the ebay ad. The botton of the glass number etchings are also way off center. Overall I am happy to have this replacment to my current chipoed glass.
