  Very satisfied with transaction even though I never received a good model. After two attempts with excellent communication, both items arrived damaged due to poor handling during shipping. Both models were well packed !! We settled for a partial refund and I could keep the models and try to repair them. Again, very satisfied with the outcome.

  I was hesitant to order from overseas, especially from China. However, this was one of the best experiences I have had with purchasing on Ebay!. First off, the seller contacted me within an hour of my winning the auction, to ensure I understood the condition of the item and confirm shipping information and tracking. NO other seller I have dealt with has ever done that. And then, the item arrived earlier than expected, and only a few days longer than domestic orders. I’ll buy again!

  Ordered arrived as expected. My only issue is that these guys need to do a better job of managing and tracking their inventory. I originally ordered 110 figures and only received 30 because that's all that they had to sell me. I was refunded the difference but, again, only because they advertised having more to sell than they actually had.

  Items arrived quickly, were safely packed, and look fantastic! Each figure’s joints are nice and firm, indicating the figures are in good condition. I am pleased with the items and will definitely order again from the seller. Also, I am happy to have gotten these figures at a reasonable cost.
