  We had technical difficullites with the initial unit received, so we contacted this seller and they provided tech. support. They were very knowledgeable, and patient to trouble shoot it. They determined that the printer had hardware issues, and they immediately sent a replacement. I highly recommend this seller as they have great support and stand by their products. The 2nd unit works perfect now.

  Customer service was top notch! I ordered the wrong item and asked to have it canceled. I got a replay right away and the item was canceled and money refunded. I see why Hippo gets a 100% satisfaction from customer. I would recommend this seller!
