  OK great value very poor packing, item hurt by shipping company, first 4 contacts in first four days I got four different answers to supply of one lost tee piece after providing pictures and fixing the bent parts. Finally seller advised they had no control of inventory of small parts that come in their items, and I would have to repack and ship back a 50 lb item and receive a refund then I could repurchase. I modified it and made the item work for me. I think I would buy elsewhere but item is A+

  I received the radio/cd player promptly and in good condition; however I realized that I had ordered the wrong one. It was entirely my fault because I didn't realize that the radio/cd player for a JBL sound system was different, even though at first glance they appear to be the same. When I contacted them to let them know I was returning it, the were very cordial and understanding. I would definitely recommend them as a seller and would definitely do business with them again.

  Item was shipped insanely fast. I ordered Friday morning and received it Saturday afternoon in Michigan. The price was very good and sellers communication was fantastic. The amp showed up looking like it was brand new off the shelf.

  Item arrived as advertised but didnt fit quite like what I expected from Metra. The fit wasnt exact and I returned it and the seller was great however the several days it took to be refunded was weird. Not sure why it took so long. But seller was cordial the entire time.

  Such a great experience! The customer service was amazing — super friendly and always quick to help.
