  The shipping fell within the estimated delivery period, a bit on the late side but satisfactory. Seller was also generous with giving a small discount which was very nice. Packaging was adequate including bubble wrap. And the laptop came just as described in the pictures. Would recommend this seller whenever buying used items!

  Fantastic communication, they responded to my questions almost immediately and even accepted an offer. The PC was packaged with plenty of bubble wrap, and I absolutely LOVE the FedEx 2 day shipping. Too many sellers take the cheap route and use USPS Ground Advantage, which takes way toooooooooooooo long.

  Overall good packaging and item condition, but disappointed with follow-through. The laptop arrived as described but needed a battery replacement. Seller initially said they’d send one, but it’s been 19 days since that contact with nothing received. I followed up 24 hours ago and haven’t gotten a response. communication lacking.
