  The laptop came in damaged from transit, it is functional and looked exactly like the photos save from the damage. It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

  Sometimes sellers list a product with ‘2 pack’, but it is more of that it is available, and a different, higher price, but not in this case. A 2 pack is a 2 pack, and at a great price. Seller communicates the entire process from shipping to delivery. Will buy from again.

  I was a bit confused with the listing but happy with the purchase. The picture in the listing is general and not the exact one I got. I will say it is still a good deal and it's working fine now that I have it set up. They did respond quickly to my questions and shipped really fast. It is a very nice-looking laptop and of good quality and condition. When Microsoft makes it that I need another replacement I'll definitely check back with this seller.

  The item was as advertised and arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and undamaged, but the carrier complained that it was not packed well. The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. The item was used and an old keyboard, but not in ideal condition, so I think the price was a little too high.

  I bought an item that had conflicting/incorrect information in the description. I contacted the seller after I received the item and she offered a $20 refund or a return of the item. I wasn't happy with the item description but the seller made it right, I'm so happy with the pruchase.
