  I got this item for my homelab. I used cisco products in my work life and using it at home is a perfect choice. I must say that I used this item as a layer 2 switch and not 3 because it gets no more security updates. I got contacted by the seller apologising that they cannot find the item advertised and gave me an upgrade. You can imagine that I am very happy with the vendor. The packaging was very robust and the delivery quick. I will buy from them in the future.

  The quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. It was delivered well packed and promptly. The price was reasonable. Had a mix up with initial order being out of stock, but customer service is great, they gave me a better one for the same price, so cannot complain. I'm very satisfied with the result.
