  after purcase the seller notified me that there would be a delay in shipping past what was originally stated. I appreciated the communication but wished the machine came in sooner. Overall a great experience. He was honest and forthcoming and kept in contact with me the entire time.

  Although P&P were free, it was still weakly packed, and arrived with dents in the blades. The seller was very reluctant to make amends, or give an acceptable partial refund. If you're a panel beater you could attempt to get dents out. But the instructions were still poor, as you have to work out how to physically shape the blades yourself, so it'll never look as good as in the picture. After the time and effort to build it, I'm not sure if the item price reflected its value.

  Would highly recommend this seller- excellent communication and updates along the way. The delivery company had left my item at the depot, and Arlene sorted this out immediately and I still received my item within the time frame. Excellent customer service. My RF needling machine is high quality and great value. I used it for the first time yesterday and very happy.
