  Packed very well good quality product delivered on time was a day late because I ordered on a Friday and was delivered on Monday the Sunday is not a working day so still good delivery just make sure doesn’t land on a Sunday 🤣👍 and the seller responds to messages not like other sellers

  Advertised as new boxed. Arrived not boxed in bubble wrap. Contacted advised disappointed not what I ordered. Offered discount, advised was a present for my granddaughter so wanted boxed. Offered a further discount but asked them to send a replacement boxed as originally ordered. Advised by them to contact eBay for a return which I did. I then received an email to say I could keep the item and they would refund my money in exchange for a positive review.
