Thank You!!! :) This 3 inch Plumb Pak Tub Drain Strainer cover is new. My order had slipped thru the cracks in what I believe to be an isolated incident and after a few days of my tracking number not moving, I messaged the seller and they promptly solved this issue. This is in retail packaging and was rather inexpensive so I bought a 2nd one also. :)
