Item received with over 30 holes in it and a broken bamboo / string mechanism. Poorly packaged. I started communication on 04/24 and purchased the same day. I started a return request 05/09 which was ignored. I shipped it back on 05/13, it was delivered 05/17, still without any response. I received my very 1st reply on May 18th after sending them a message stating the return was received the prior day. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with ZERO help.
