  The backpack arrived within the specified time and was packaged well. I would have to say that it looks better than described and it extremely good shape. The price was more than fair and where shipping turned out a bit cheaper than expected I was refunded the difference. The seller even included a hand written thank you note. Love the personal touch. I would totally recommend GodessGoods and buy from them again.

  These are lovely boots and are in perfect condition. They are exactly as described which is always nice. They were shipped quickly and the packaging was good in that it protected the boots from any kind of potential inclement weather.   Received item as described in good order. But would not use this seller again because the shipping was too expensive ($11) and it took ELEVEN DAYS within the US to received my purchase (one pair of shoes). When contacted on days 9 and 10 since purchase, the seller claimed no responsibility, and only seemed concerned to defend her shipping choice. No concern for buyer satisfaction. The item came the mail the next day, the very last day before I could ask for a refund.

  I give all my buyers my ebay ship discount so she paid the cheapest amount possible. Expected delivery that were shown to her were 6-4 to 6-11. she contacted me on the 9th stating I should refund her ship cost because its my fault shipping was slow & I only offered usps (even tho I told her that I didnt offer fedex & ups because they were more expensive & wouldnt have gotten there earlier anyway). Her order came on 6-10 which she then states was the last day she could ask for a refund? untrue
