  Received notification to say phone had been dispatched but tracking information said it had not yet been sent. Waited 2-3 weeks for the phone to arrive. Tracking still said it had not been sent. When I chased it up with the seller was told it was out of stock and they quickly refunded me. Happy to be refunded quickly not so happy that I had to chase them up to be told it was out of stock. They could have told me this as soon as they knew.

  Terrible company. They don't ship their products, Avoid at all costs. Terrible communication, doesn't reply to any messages/emails. Waited a month and the phone still hasn't arrived, it hasn't even been dispatched. Sent them multiple messages/emails asking to just cancel the order instead if they aren't going to send it but they have just ignored me and kept the money.

  Thank you for your order. We did ship you at once and after that we got a message from you saying " is it possible to cancel this order? My partner has ordered it too by mistake".We are so confused that moment & did our best to get package back from Fed-ex and then you told us "Never mind and go ahead with the order." We asked you for your final decision but no single reply from you until today you left us Negative Feedback saying "Terrible company & communication"??!! Please be FAIR for us!!
