    Revieved case, as described new, the only issue is shipping was slow and customer service took 2 days to reply to a issue I had & another 2 days to sort out ? on another item that came with this item. Things could be done a lot better.

    I bought this as a replacement for a damaged one and it is exactly as described. It appears to be brand new and was a reasonable price. Packing could have been better since it was only in a Jiffy bag which arrived torn.
