  First of all this is a great seller who was very helpful with great communication but both he and I were let down by the courier who lost the first package and was late with the ( no quibble ) re-sent one. Hence the time comment. However, when it arrived it was exactly as described and both the oil and filter are of good quality and correct spec for my car. The sealing ring was a useful bonus that you don't get with other vendors.

  Very happy with the seller, items sold as described and well packaged. My original order got 'lost' by the couriers but upon contacting the seller he was happy to immediately ask if I wanted a replacement sent out and gave a couple of different options for shipping.   Not let down by 'genuineonlineparts' (Vospers) 5 stars. As for DHL delivery 1 star, loads of inaccurate comms they actually delivered my parcel and then took it away, you just can't contact them. Packaging could have been better but it seems the contents have got away with it

  Fast delivery great price great customer service great quality and very fast delivery was well packaged and arrived in great condition with no casualties or squashed boxes ect the customer service was top notch and the seller was very helpful the price was approximately £60 cheaper than I could get the parts from a trade supplier will definitely use this seller again 5*

  Excellent quality. Great condition. However arrived rolled up which was very disappointing as this meant I had to lay them flat for a day or so before stalling. They look great! Not bad value but disappointed with the packaging method. And the predicted despatch time is far too long, and it’s not even free postage either! Good comms when I mentioned my disappointment about despatch, the delivery cost, and the packaging. But no compensation given (postage refund?!).
