  This product works it is the full & already strung pull string. It came with a extra roap. It is new and very good quality for a very cheap price im pleased with this look and product it came painted i have 2 Billy Goat force 9 blowers that was given to me and this fixed them as they both where missing the pull strings and cover and inside clutch. I might buy another for standby. One pull and they fire up the motors are Honda Gx idk what but I got the pull string for gx270 and or 290. Great buy
