  Bought a watch band that never arrived. When I reached out to the seller as to why the watch band didn’t arrive they told me it was my responsibility to reach out to the shipping company. They took no accountability until I brought the matter up to eBay. Overall this seller is not trustworthy to do business with and doesn’t really care if you get your product or not!

  Sorry for the inconvenience caused. The package is stuck at customs and needs to contact the local logistics provider to cooperate with customs clearance. Failure to cooperate with customs clearance in a timely manner resulted in the package being lost.
